Create connections with UF students, alumni and administrators through Gator CareerLink (GCL), the university’s online portal for all things career. With GCL you have a wide variety of career-related recruiting options…post your positions, register for career fairs, schedule interviews at UF, request space for an information session, access our resource library, and participate in mentoring activities through this one portal.
Gator CareerLink is your go-to online resource that will help you efficiently and effectively recruit at UF, brand your organization, promote your experiences and help you connect with UF community.
Try starting with a job posting. Once you have created your GCL account, log in, click on ‘Jobs’, select ‘Add New’ and complete the information. Students and alumni will be able to see and apply for your positions.
You can also use GCL to register for any of our career fairs. We have a variety of fairs that will meet any recruiting needs. To register, log in to GCL, click on ‘events’ and select ‘register’ next to a particular fair.
Campus Interviews are an efficient and cost-effective way to interview students. Use GCL to request dates, set screening criteria, track applicants and schedule interviews through a single interface. To get started, log in to Gator CareerLink, click on ‘campus interviewing’, click ‘request schedule’ and fill out the information. Remember, you can also host virtual interviews with our students from your desk reserving space at the Career Connections Center.
Information Sessions provide you a forum to speak to potential candidates about your organization and its opportunities. Information sessions can be held in person and online. To request an information session, log in to GCL, click on ‘events’, select ‘information sessions’ and click ‘add new’.
