Campus recruiting is an integral function of the Career Connections Center’s mission to educate and create connections for the University of Florida community. As we enter an unprecedented Fall 2020 semester, below are the best practices and guidelines that we are providing and recommending to address concerns and provide additional consideration to current safety measures.

The Career Connections Center will offer various forms of hybrid delivery for all campus recruiting opportunities and programs. Employers should connect with a Recruitment Coach (or email HireGators@ufsa.ufl.edu) to explore the different options for connecting with UF talent.

For all campus recruiting activities, the Career Connections Center will abide by local, state, University, Board of Governors, and Board of Trusties policies, regulations, and guidelines as it relates to physical distancing and mask wearing recommendations as of the date of the event or program. We will continue to provide additional communication and the most-up-to-date information as programming efforts draw nearer.
