The Career Success Institute (CSI) is a career and leadership cohort, designed to help you, explore majors, learn about your career potential, gain self-awareness, and create an action plan to move forward, all while building connections with peers.

Throughout the 3-week program, you will be using group discussion, reflection, assessments, and activities to learn more about yourself and your career or major options. We will meet once a week for 3-weeks starting the Week of March 22nd through the Week of April 5th.

CSI is open to all first- and second-year students who are interested in learning about how your values, interests, personalities, and strengths relate to career possibilities, building connections with the UF community, and gaining professional development to prepare you to take action in your on- and off-campus experiences.
