Alumni Presenter: Cindy Honickman | Class of 2011

Cindy Honickman received a B.S. in Advertising (2007) & an M.S. in Management (2011) both from UF. After completing her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management in 2018, she worked as an HR Generalist for 2.5 years in a small HR team for a manufacturing company. During this time, her responsibilities included recruitment, recruitment marketing, performance management, talent management/leadership development, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, succession planning & more. She is excited to share details about each of these areas of HR to show students the many opportunities available in the field.
