Did you know that first-generation college students are less likely to pursue a master’s degree than their non first-gen peers? We know that first-gen students are capable and passionate about pursuing secondary degrees. So, we have gathered a panel of first-generation graduates that have earned either a master’s or doctoral degree, or both, to share their experiences on the topic. We will have discussions that will help you explore whether or not graduate school may be a good option for you, how to choose a program that meets your needs, and how to navigate the process for applying and preparing to different programs.

This panel is for all first-gen students who have thought about attending graduate school, but are not sure as to what that would even entail.

Join us on April 7th, 2023 from 10:30-11:30am on Zoom to explore if this next step is right for you, and to learn about the graduate school application process in general.
