Student Organizations

One strategy to connect with UF students directly is through student organizations. There are over 900 official student organizations at the University of Florida, each with a unique focus. Consider reaching out to these groups to share what your organization has to offer.

Employer Relations Ambassadors

The Employer Relations Ambassadors (ERA) are a select group of student ambassadors representing the Career Connections Center and are dedicated to the elevation of the center’s brand on campus, promotion of the center’s employer-related events, and enhancing student/employer connections.

Employers who visit the Career Connections Center have the opportunity to actively engage with the organization’s members by connecting with them to speak at one of their meetings, host a special event exclusively for ERA members or invite them to the event the employer is hosting. Visiting employers can benefit from engaging with a wide range of students within ERA who are eager to build connections and spread the word to their fellow peers on campus.

ERA’s will likely be present at employer hosted events as members collaborate with the career center to provide assistance at employer hosted events. ERA members work diligently to promote any and all events hosted on campus, which is another great way to build your brand here at UF. Employers can benefit from a connection with ERA in a multitude of ways.

You can reach out to the Employer Relations Ambassadors to connect, send them information about your event or invite them to interact with your recruiters while they are on campus. Email the ERA at EChaddon@ufsa.ufl.edu.
