What does it mean to be committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in university recruiting? How do you move beyond buzzwords and diversity statements and toward implementing transformative practices that can make you an employer of choice. This session offers attendees the opportunity to learn best practices and examine their organization’s existing policies and processes and how they could be modified to create a diverse workplace in which both candidates and employees can experience belonging and have the resources needed to succeed.
