Just In Time Fair

The Just in Time Career Fair provides an opportunity for employers who are still looking to fill hiring needs to meet and connect with students looking for full-time work in the immediate future. This fair will be a place where employers can connect with our upcoming University of Florida graduates who are still looking for that next step after college. All majors and degree levels are invited to attend.

Just in Time Registration Fees:

  • $75 (until March 3, 2021)
  • $100 (after March 3, 2021)

Registration Includes:

  • Participation in the event
  • Unlimited amount of recruiters
  • Online listing of your organization
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) and checks. In the registration form, be sure to select your payment type as credit card or check.

You will receive instructions to pay via credit once your registration is confirmed and you receive an invoice.

Make checks payable to “Univ. of Florida Career Connections Center” (TAX ID# 59-6002052).

Tax Exempt Organizations: 

When you register as a nonprofit organization a member of our team will reach out to you to obtain a copy of your Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption from the IRS or any official government documentation stating that you are a verified tax-exempt entity, such as a government agency or a 501(c)(3) organization. If we do not receive the documentation within 2 weeks of our initial correspondence we will not be able to approve your registration as a nonprofit and will add 6.7% tax to the total registration cost.


February 26, 2020, is the cancellation deadline for this event. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund and will not be charged for canceling their event registration.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Career Connections Center. Please contact Career Events Staff at CCCCareerFairs@ufsa.ufl.edu to cancel your registration.

No cancellations will be accepted after the deadline. Registered organizations who fail to show up at the event will still be charged for the event. Outstanding bills from previous events will prevent employers the use of other Career Connections Center services in the future.


Organizations that do not check-in by 11 a.m. on the day of the event will be considered a “no show.” Registered organizations that fail to show up at the event will result in a charge for the event regardless if payment has been received by the Career Connections Center.

Rather than carry your materials, ship them to us. You can ship materials starting two weeks prior to the event. Materials received on the day(s) of the event will not be immediately available.

Bring your tracking number(s)with you to the event! In the event your packages are not at your booth upon arrival, we will need your number to locate your items.

Shipping from the event:

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with shipping post event. Please be prepared to manage any shipping matters on your own.
