Join us this spring for the first HELPS Fair: Exploring Helping Professions, a unique event dedicated to students pursuing careers in the Healthcare, Education, Legal, and Public Service/Non-Profit sectors.  This career fair is designed for those who aspire to make a difference and serve their communities through helping professions.  Students will connect with leading employers, gain insights from industry experts, and explore a variety of career opportunities that embody the spirit of HELPS.  Whether you’re an Employer in a HELPS profession or a student looking to heal, educate, protect, or serve, the HELPS Fair: Exploring Helping Professions is your gateway to a fulfilling and impactful connections.  Share your passion for helping others into a rewarding profession!

This event is good for those seeking roles in:

  • Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, and Allied Health
  • Non-Profits
  • Public Service
  • Education/ Corporate Training/ Ed Tech
  • Social Service Organizations

Government/Non-Profit Fees:

  • $100 ~ until December 5, 2025
  • $125 ~ December 6, 2025, to February 12, 2026
  • $150 ~ after February 12, 2026

Corporate Fees

  • $150 ~ until December 5, 2025
  • $175 ~ December 6, 2025, to February 12, 2026
  • $200 ~ after February 12, 2026

    Career Fair Registration Fee includes:

    • 1 8-foot table and two chairs
    • Up to 4 representatives are included (2 additional representatives may be added for $30 per Representative)
    • Food Court Lunch Voucher for each representative
    • 1 Parking Pass per Table, parking is limited, carpooling is encouraged (additional Parking Passes may be purchased for $15 per pass)
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi
    • Online listing of your company and position information

    Career Fair Extras:

    • Electrical Hookup: $25 per day (you must supply the extension cord)
    • Shipping: $50
    • Extra Representatives $30 each (includes meals and parking)
    • Extra Parking Passes $15 each
