What is Career Coaching?
Career Coaching is a collaborative process of learning, discussion, and reflection designed to support alumni in navigating their unique career journeys. At the Career Connections Center, we view career coaching as an ongoing partnership that empowers you to deepen self-awareness, advance professionally, gain relevant experience, and prepare for your next steps. Our approach emphasizes solutions, building insights, and taking action to help you achieve your career goals and continued growth as a professional.

Career Coaching sessions are 45 minutes. All alumni sessions begin with a free 15-minute discovery call. Career Coaching sessions are available exclusively virtual and may be held after hours to accommodate your schedule.
Coaching Options
Up to One Year after Graduation
- Free coaching is available for University of Florida alumni for up to one-year post graduation. Log into Gator CareerLink to schedule your appointment.
More than One Year after Graduation
- We have career coaching packages available for alumni who graduated from the University of Florida more than a year ago.
- One Coaching Session: A 45-minute session with a certified career coach to discuss career goals and challenges. A career action plan will be developed.
- Cost: $50.00
- Three Coaching Sessions: Three 45-minute sessions with a certified career coach to discuss career goals and challenges, create an action plan, and talk through progress and development over the three sessions.
- Cost: $125.00
- Virtual Document Review: A 45-minute session with a certified career coach, offering personalized feedback on your resume, CV, LinkedIn profile, or other documents, empowering you to make enhancements independently.
- Cost: $50.00 per document
- One Coaching Session: A 45-minute session with a certified career coach to discuss career goals and challenges. A career action plan will be developed.
