The topic is  Professionalism Norms and Our Experiences, where we will focus on the how norms or standards of professionalism interact with different version of culture and identity expression.    

Join C3 and Changemakers' Dialogue in a collaborative event during Global Gators Month where we will discuss how culture impacts our views of professionalism, what it means to be culturally aware, and how we can bring our authentic selves into the workspace. During this event we will understand how our identities affect our experience in professional settings, and how we can ultimately promote inclusivity in these spaces.
