The Career Engagement Summit is a drive-in conference that allows recruiters to interact, connect, and engage with the University of Florida community and fellow recruiters. This conference addresses critical topics impacting college recruitment and fosters participant engagement in partner with the flagship institution of the state of Florida for their talent needs. The Career Engagement Summit is the premier professional development event for employers and kicks off the upcoming recruiting season.

The 2023 theme is “Pathways to Success: Charting Your UF Recruitment Experience.” This year’s conference is poised to reignite your organization's recruitment strategy for building and leveraging UF as a source for your talent pipeline needs in this new age of recruiting.

In addition to the great connections, you can make at the summit, your attendance also allows a recruiter to earn continuing education credits from SHRM.
