Diversity Meet-Up is the University of Florida’s signature recruitment event with a focus on connecting diverse and underrepresented students with employers with diversity hiring initiatives. This event has two options for employers to network with diverse student populations- a virtual networking event and/or an in-person networking event. Employers can choose to attend one or both events based on their hiring or branding needs.
Monday, September 27th
Platform: Career Fair Plus
Employers selecting this option can choose to set-up multiple schedules to meet with students via individual meetings, or host open networking rooms virtually in Career Fair Plus.
In-Person Open Networking
Tuesday, September 28th
Location: Rion Ballroom
Employers selecting this option will be able to participate in open, free-flowing networking in-person with students. There will be no scheduled meetings during this event. Employers will also have the opportunity to network with student leaders participating in our student organization tabling during the event
