Let’s get real about workplace burnout. When it happens you can feel exhausted, unmotivated, and lost. As you start a job you can easily get stuck in a cycle of pleasing people.

Join the conversation with UF alumna, Jelece Morris, who will help teach you about setting healthy boundaries from the start that will allow you to navigate your workplace without being taken advantage of or burning out.

Workplace boundaries look like:

Turning down tasks that aren’t in your job description.

Sticking to your guns about an idea you have at work.

Saying no to working on the weekends.

About the presenter:

Jelece MorrisJelece Morris ‘11, who has over eight years of experience in operations and technology consulting experience for health, consumer goods, and public sector clients. She is currently an Associate at Kearney, a global management consultancy. She works with large scale organizations on strategy, process improvement, and operations projects.
