First, let’s define “experiential learning”: an engaged learning process where you “learn by doing” and by reflecting on the experience. Experiential learning encompasses a variety of experiences, including internships, research roles, and studying abroad. Essentially, if you are developing professional skills and competencies from an experience, it qualifies as “experiential learning”.

We know that employers are prioritizing candidates with diverse experiential learning backgrounds, so in this workshop we will be sharing tools and resources to help you find the right experiential learning opportunity for your career growth.

This event is for any student who wants to learn more about how to gain experience to advance their professional development, and how to then market that experience as a job seeker.
